Job Summary

The Hr executive main responsibilities are delivring excellent HR practices in the company by efficiently managing processes such as Recruitment, Training, Talent management, Job Management and Reporting in a professional manner.

Job description

  • To recruit, train and develop employees so as to achieve company's goals and targets.
  • To conduct corporate processes like job evaluation and rotation and talent management.
  • Proper Performance management of existing employees including activities like annula salary increase , bonus management, target achieved and other related tasks.
  • Conducting training programs for both the staff and the workers on regular basis.
  • To develop good working relations with the Unions in the area.
  • Maintain proper employee database of the comapany by maintaining records of existing employees, new employees and new candidates applying to the company.
  • To ensure that the HR documents are prepared in a manner that confirms to all government laws and regulations.
  • To work with coordination with all the departments in the manner that takes company forward in all aspect.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR or any related disciplne concerning HR. Masters degree an advantage.
  • Minimum 2yrs of working experience in HR leadership role.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Complete working knowledge of all HR functions including organisation diagnosis, organisation transformation, strategic planning, training and development, recruitment, compensation, employee benefits and realtions etc.
  • Good Communication, Presentation and leadership Skills
