Job Summary:

As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and supporting the sales team with lead qualification and outreach activities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and has strong communication and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow a calendar of actionable lead generation tasks.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through direct contact, networking, and marketing collaborations.
  • Manage LinkedIn profiles and use LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Dripify) to generate leads.
  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email and social platforms.
  • Schedule appointments and demos with interested prospects.
  • Assist in crafting persuasive pitches, proposals, and service/product presentations.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Handle client feedback and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Research contacts using aggregators or job networking platforms and update CRM/spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Use tools like Apollo.io and Brevo for campaign management and outreach automation.
  • Track and manage deal progress and engagement through spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and automation tools.
  • Ability to write compelling pitches for emails and social media outreach.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels (including C-suite executives).
  • Proficiency in creating client-facing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets to manage lead pipelines and track performance.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
