Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in Figma-based design systems and mobile-first design. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our global teams and clients to conceptualize and deliver engaging, user-centered digital experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Figma and FigJam to brainstorm, create design flows, wireframes, and user journey maps.
- Design responsive, accessible, and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
- Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intentions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide user-centric decisions.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping.
- Strong experience designing SaaS-based platforms and mobile applications.
- Clear verbal communication skills to collaborate with international clients.
- Solid understanding of design principles (spacing, color theory, typography).
- Capability to create and maintain comprehensive design systems.
- Familiarity with user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Portfolio Requirement:
- A strong visual portfolio showcasing real-world projects.
- Case studies that demonstrate your design thinking process, rationale, and outcomes.
