We have an urgent opening for Senior Engineer
Job Location :- Bangalore
Experience Required :- 5 to 10 yrs
Educational Qualification :- B.E (Civil) or related degree
Job Responsibility :-
Execute structure design activities for NPI blade and/or technology project and contribute to design solutions that are competitive in performance, cost and quality.
Work closely with technical account manager and/or project manager, FEA, CAD, Product Documentation Engineer to deliver on structure design activities within stringent timeline from pre design phase to implementation in factory
Upfront discuss anticipated design risks with peers and work out adequate mitigation plan through detailed DFMEA for the project
Coordinate with FEA engineer on design iterations to ensure all certification and internal design criterions are met for the final structure
Provide blade structure inputs for turbine loads simulation
Provide necessary input to detailed designer, process engineers, technical documentation etc. to support manufacturing package development. Proactively get involved with blade start-up and ramp-up in production on structure design related queries to learn and develop decision making skills
Engage with test and validation center of excellence to ensure all regulatory compliance and internal test requirements are achieved
Lead and/or Participate as a presenter in structure design review
Support root cause analysis of field failures through structure design activities and build on to CAPA process
Develop skills and expertise to review and approve internal risk assessment request on blade structure from technical business development team
