Urgent requirement for Training Executive Mumbai Location On Contract

Experience & Education Qualification:

• Any Graduate with 1-2 years of experience

Job Profile

• Establish contact with Learners & Tutors through mail.
• Sending the training material to Learners and Tutors based on the courses.
• Resolve the connectivity issues related Microsoft Teams etc. faced by Leaner and Tutors
• Ensure smooth conduct of virtual and class room training including logistics ( Ticket booking; Hotel Arrangements ) arrangement for the physical class room training.
• Supervising the exam /re-exam process of learners virtually; through Microsoft Teams.
• Explain the exam process to leaner and resolve the exam paper related issues and installation of safe exam browser
• Follow-up activity with Tutors for timely submission of Training pack.
• Submit the answer papers to the 2nd marking
• Generate the soft of the certificates and send it to learners.
• Ensure timely remuneration to the tutors.
• Error free printing of the Training certificates
• Get the certificates approved from the signing authority.
• Arrange the dispatches of the training certificates to the learner.
• Maintain the database of training and learners
• Report to the reporting officer about the day today matter.
• Prepare the presentation for monthly review in MS-PowerPoint
