Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Formulate overall business plan for the region, present the same to management and quarterly review of the progress made. Execute as per the approved Business Plan.
  • All associated activities in conjunction with Sales and Services Business Planning , Direction to the Sales Team , Generate new leads , Customer acquisition and retention , building Solutions , Order closures with acceptable terms and conditions, presentation of offerings, orchestration, responding to RFI / RFQ , internal coordination for sales opportunity closures / deliveries, installation , implementation . Working with Principal / OEM companies in building solution. Scheduling Salesreviews, budgeting for cash flow / expenses / receivables/ profitability. Customer satisfaction and relationshipis key parameter in business.
  • Coordination withServices team to offer solutions around Services, enable winning SI contracts.
  • Focus on Product /System Integration business.
  • Collection of Account receivables and maintain cash flow.
  • Plan, participate and execute Customer events and participate in OEM / Principal Events.

Skills/ experience needed:

  • Prior 8+ years of sales experience with SI organization. Understanding of the entire SI business and solutions offering around PC/ Laptop/ Application and System Software / Storage / Networking / Post sales/ Integration /Migration / Infrastructure Services / Virtualization. Understanding core areas of Data Centre requirements/ Microsoft/ Oracle/ SAP technologies.
  • Relationship with top level in Government organisation. Thorough mapping of account.
  • Detailed understanding of Sales Process and ability to close complex/ large deals. Structuring of deals / negotiations with CXO level or decision maker.
  • Proven consistent track record of Sales Target achievement. Knowledge of competition and its offerings.
  • Established and good connects with the CXOs / IT Heads/Procurement Heads in the industry.
  • People skills thejobinvolves networking with clients, partners and Account Managers, Presales Technical specialist.
  • Responsible for Client Acquisition, Revenue Maximization with existing and new accounts, Maximize Realization,Retention and Revenue collection.
  • Ability to plan/ forecastbusiness on quarterly/ annual basis and execute on plan deliverables.
  • Focus: Direct responsibility for overall Top Line/ Profitability of the Vertical
