The Role
The position of Group Business Manager is based out of Delhi with focus on achieving targeted revenues from across regions and ensure increased contribution to Companys overall profitability. The role requires strong analytical, communication and leadership skills to drive a team of talented Product Managers handling different verticals. The person shall be ready to travel on short notices, build relations with Vendors/Partners, and demonstrate companys achievements through crisp presentation skills.
Reporting to Director Sales, the profile requires high amount of dynamism with overall expertise in procurement planning, cost analysis, inventory management.
A Qualifications:
Graduate withMBA in Sales & Marketing from premier institutions.
B Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience occupying Senior positions in reputed companies, out of which minimum 4 years in IT / Distribution business.
Should possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
C Brief Job description:
As head of Product Management of the company he / She will be responsible for handling and managing Vendor & Partner management, Inventory management, pricing Strategy, procurement planning and achieving targets Quarter on Quarter as briefly described as follows:
1. Vendor management
2. Inventory Management and price strategy
3. Calculation of margin and accruals forproducts
4. Cost analysis
5. Operational support for sales process.
6. Procurement planning
7. Handling Nationally Business
8. Working very closely with Vendor and achieving targets Quarter on Quarter
9. Meeting Revenue Target for Company
10. Data analysis with respect to market share, competition, opportunities and threats
11. Responsible for the profitability in the business
12. Working Capital Management for products, Business Increasing the market share vis-a-vis other istributors
13. Vendor and partner management
14. Motivating the sales team by launching schemes benefiting the product movement
