Regional Manager Job in Iris Computers
Job Summary
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
- Create a distinct sales process for sales managers and reps to follow
- Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.
- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
- Announce, present, and educate sales team of any new or upcoming products
- Hold and direct sales meetings
- Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals
- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
- Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback
- Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
- Strategically forecast and manage budgetary information
- Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences
- Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently
- Attend cross-functional meetings that will benefit the sales department
- Collaborate with local distributors to ensure proper inventory and deliveries
- Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships
- Be a fitting representative and promoter of our brand and the products we deliver
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 6+ years relevant experience
- Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Natural leader with proven management skills
- Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base
- Comfortable with some travel
Experience:
- 7-10 years in the IT industry.
