Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1 to 4 years working experience as a Production Support
- Experience in Powershell or Python Scripting
- Web based application architecture & support
- Develop a deep understanding of applications and components in the system.
- Analyze problems, diagnose, and fix bugs when required.
- Work with developers to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs.
- Proactively monitor production and non-production environments and applications

Technologies:
Java, Python, MySQL/Postgres, SQL queries
Education:
UG Any Graduate Any Specialization
Functional Area:

Soft Skills
Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
Desired Skills:
- Nice to have Good exposure to MySQL/Postgres and writing SQL queries and optimising them.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices with strong emphasis on incident management
- Production support experience is mandatory with solid understanding of L1 , L2 and L3 activities
- Very good experience in conducting Impact Analysis of issues and
preparing RCAs
