Manager Job in Iron Buzz Tattoos

Your day-to-day:

• Manage customer queries adhering to a daily schedule that includes a mix of: Phones, three (3) simultaneous chats, and emails ensuring clients have a quick response time with same-day replies

• Delight our customers. You ll pull out all the stops to deliver a memorable experience (in a I can t wait to tell my friends about this fabulous service way)

• Research social media platforms and generate reports for the same.

• Additional store manager duties as needed

We d love to hear from you if you have:

• Proven track record in managing teams; distributed teams a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Not only will you talk to people on the phone, you ll communicate with our customers in writing as well.

• Must have a friendly and welcoming nature.

• Self-starter, who can work independently and enthusiastically to ensure customer success

• Highly organised and detail-oriented

• Applicants who are enthusiastic about the Tattoo business is a plus.
