Downloading Data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy.

Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.

Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.

Should be a TEAM PLAYER and flexible enough for multitasking.

Coordinating with the branches for feedback and different requirements

Support the Manager in rolling out the new Projects and Initiatives and also updating on the progress and its impact

Ad-hoc analysis : prepare ad-hoc analysis on Operations data upon requests, using corporate Business Intelligence tool and customizing queries

Job description

• Ensures the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting are sent timely to the management
• Ensure Accuracy of data reported
• Updates and analyzes monthly billing hours reports
• Prepares daily status report to keep a check on internal targets
• Review the collated data to drive inferences and trends to improve process performance.
• Analyzes productivity and inquires into the causes of slippages.
• Attends weekly review meetings with clients on various reports.
• Customizes reports as required by clients.
• Audits all MI prepared by the Executives
• Ability to make things with in the TAT and SLA
• Ensure data protection for all MI
• Ensure controlled access levels for all stakeholders accessing the MI Folder
• Hand of experience in advance Excel

Must have experienced in:

• Experience with a broad range of applications and software

• Organization goals to allocate resources effectively.

Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate

2-4 Years of relevant experience in MIS
