Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermine timelines. Building and managing project teams, ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage project development from initiation to closure

2. Be accountable for project results along with product owner

3. Work with product owner and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals,

deliverables, required resources and timing.

4. Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.

5. Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed

6. Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders

7. Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members

8. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle

9. Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request

10. Experience of working in agile and scrum methodologies.

Job Requirements:

1. 3yrs experience in project management

2. Familiarity with project management tools e.g. Jira

3. Demonstrated leadership managing people

4. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

5. Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.

6. Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.

7. Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.

8. Project management experience in fintech or banking projects will be an added advantage.

Salary: upto 8 LPA
