Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Success Executive / Manager in Bhubaneswar to own and grow relationships with our merchant and enterprise clients. This role involves strategy, communication, and collaboration across teams to ensure client success, product adoption, and revenue growth. You'll act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them achieve maximum value from their investment in iServeU.

Key Responsibilities
Client Expansion & Outreach:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the merchant customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active outreach and networking.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Understand their business needs and challenges to recommend tailored fintech solutions.

Proposal & Communication Support:

  • Create effective pitch decks, proposals, product documents, and RFP responses that highlight iServeU s value proposition.

Product Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to influence product strategy, based on client insights and market trends.

Revenue & Adoption:

  • Drive product usage and customer satisfaction to ensure retention, upselling, cross-selling, and increased wallet share.

Customer Journey Ownership:

  • Manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. Ensure customers receive maximum ROI and service excellence.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Track and analyze customer metrics, volumes, forecasts, and engagement data. Report insights to internal stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

  • Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments. Ensure fast, efficient resolution of client issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Merchant Relations, or CRM in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise B2B solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly data-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • A team player with strong integrity and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to identify and act on upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in banking technology, digital payments, or embedded finance platforms.
  • Understanding of SaaS models, low-code/no-code interfaces, and API-led platforms.
  • Familiarity with working in a high-growth fintech environment or a product-led tech company.
