Position Summary

We re seeking a passionate and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech sales, a deep understanding of solution selling, and the ability to drive revenue through new client acquisition and key account management.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with a direct revenue target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle: lead generation, solution pitching, proposals, negotiations, closures, and onboarding.
  • Own and exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Engage medium to large enterprise clients across industries: BFSI, EdTech, E-commerce, Logistics, Utilities, Telecom, Government, Retail Chains, and Aggregators.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales pitches that align with client needs and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to design tailored fintech solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and influencers in enterprise accounts.
  • Lead client experience from the first touchpoint to contract closure and solution implementation.
  • Manage and defend key accounts with exceptional service to maximize upsell and retention opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 2 6 years of proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Payments, Fintech, or Merchant Acquiring companies.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution crafting capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, build compelling business cases, and negotiate win-win outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Experience with sales tools (CRM, pitch decks, analytics) and willingness to innovate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience selling digital payment solutions, banking APIs, or embedded finance products.
  • Ability to identify key growth opportunities and take initiatives to close deals quickly.
  • Strong understanding of payments landscape, digital banking, and SaaS product delivery.
