Role Overview

We re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Program Manager Presales to join our Product & Sales Enablement team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, business analysis, and enterprise customer engagement. You'll serve as a vital bridge between our sales, product, and engineering teams translating client requirements into tailored fintech solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to identify business challenges, operational gaps, and product requirements.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and align customer needs with iServeU s solutions.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations, highlighting features, use cases, and the business value of our offerings.
  • Draft and deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations tailored to client expectations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on iServeU s platform, products, APIs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with internal sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, evolving technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the fintech ecosystem.
  • Provide technical insights during sales pitches, help define pricing strategy, and support enterprise deal closures.
  • Ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation, capturing client goals and key requirements.
  • Recommend product improvements based on client feedback and market observations.

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 0 4 years of experience in presales, business analysis, or solution consulting; fintech experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking, digital payments, or financial services ecosystems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative sales abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects and timelines.
