Senior Developer/engineer Nx Cam Job in Isolve Technologies

We are looking for an exceptional individual with professional expertise in NX Cam software development. You must have the ability to convert customer requirements into actionable items and develop systems and platforms with NX CAM as the primary tool. Focus on solving customer problems is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert in engineering drawings interpretation for Gas Turbine parts
• Ability to generate offline cutting tool path using NX CAM software for 5 Axis Turning-mill centers Including Twin Turret, Live centers and Sub-spindle
• Good knowledge of Turbine parts materials & non-machining process
• Very good in NX NC Programming for Turbine blades/vanes parts
• Ability to create tool 3D models, assemblies and drawings in NX tool platform
• Working experience on Power generation/aero-engine components like Blades, Vanes, casings, Rotors, Nozzle Blocks, Base Frames and Diaphragms
• Establish standard programming techniques/ macros to achieve the Programming efficiency
• Expertise on various CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas & Heidenhain)
• Knowledge of process Capability analysis & Cycle time reduction activities
• Able to define the Process planning for new parts manufacturing
• Demonstrate solid NC programming experience in NX 11 with Vericut Simulation
