Job Description:
* Plan, organize, control, and evaluate operations* Conduct regular meetings with the Team and drive them to achieve the required results.
* Set Goals and Targets for the team, identify training requirements for the department and conduct training sessions
* Regularly update knowledge base and communicate the process updates with the Team Members
* Handle the client and customer level escalations
* Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the management
