Must-haves:

Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience on Wintel Technologies.
Experienced into end-user support team for last 2 years.
Hands-on experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)
Experience in troubleshooting Desktop Issues.

Added advantage

Networking skills (Windows, CISCO).
Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups.
Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Firewalls.
MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification.
VMWare certified.
