Education: Any Graduate

Requirement:
Expert on Messaging i.e., administration, setup, and performance.
Advanced knowledge on Exchange Server (2010, 2013, 2016 & 2019), Office 365 Exchange online and
protection.
Advance knowledge on designing and deploying enterprise-wide, complex cloud/hybrid messaging
infrastructure solutions, Includes MS Exchange server, Microsoft 365 and Hybrid.
Expert on troubleshooting mail flow, security, database, DAG, recovery.
Advance knowledge with migrations from on-premises/ to Microsoft 365.
Networking administration and diagnostics.
Good knowledge with AD, Azure AD Connect, DNS, Windows networking.
Good knowledge with Security and Compliance i.e., eDiscovery, DLP, Defender, DMARC, DKIM etc.
Root Cause Analysis and Problem management.
Advanced Exchange client and protocols troubleshooting. Outlook troubleshooting.
