Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Director Research & Development, the duties and responsibilities of the CRM Solution Developer include:
- Collaborating with other software developers and product managers to build and enhance the product
- Developing and maintaining the set of solutions
- Assisting in customizing the system to meet business needs
- Assisting in integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics, deploying, customizing and integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Good skills in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft .NET development using C#
- Highly motivated, able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP API, JQuery & JavaScript
- Good communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
