Provide Implementation and post go-live support on

ITSM Remedy

SmartIT/MyIT

Smart reporting

CMDB

Asset Management, as per agreed SLAs

Experience in Administration, Operations, Customizations, Integrations, and development of ITSM remedy

Follow the standard best processes.

Essential Skills:

Candidate must possess a bachelor s degree.

Should have worked in Applications Managed Services and Implementation Services environment

Experience on UNIX operating system and ITIL framework is an advantage.

Excellent in troubleshooting ITSM applications, integrations, customizations.

Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required.

Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Effective communication skills (verbal and written).

Willing to work in 24x7 shifts

Experience: 2 to 5 years IT experience

Location: Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore Location
