Job Summary Key Deliverables Industrial and Employee Relations Management - Ensure compliance to standing order and other statutory compliances - Design suitable LTA proposals as and when required and maintain control of process and documentation Contract Labour Management - Find contract manpower requirements basis manufacturing plan - Monitor and ensure adherence to contract labour related statutory compliance - Ensure timely availability of contract labour as per plan Employee engagement activities - Execute employee engagement activities including employee recognition, redressal, productivity improvement HR Information System Management - Prepare personnel trend reports and other MIS reports pertaining to HR for the factory. Recruitment and on boarding - Complete recruitment requirements as per requirement and ensure timely onboarding - Design On boarding work flow and ensure smooth joining and induction of all selected candidates - Review selection methodology including written test Training and development activities - Do a training need analysis of workmen and design training calendar - Execute training calendar and measure efficacy of training basis feedback Productivity improvement - Track manpower productivity indices, recommend and execute suitable interventions to gain sustainable improvements - Analyse work practices, deployment, crewing practices, automation introduction and recommend suitable manpower Requirements Mandatory Skills - - Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance as applicable in manufacturing. - Knowledge of HR operations in factory (Attendance, Contract labour, workmen recruitment etc
