Job Summary
Job Description
- Effectively manage the lead pipeline in CRM tool (SAP CRM) to ensure consistent and prompt follow-up on identified leads, updating the lead status to reflect its latest state.
- Initiating and organizing marketing campaigns across My territories in US market.
- Support the direct entry of leads generated from various marketing channels in SAP CRM as required.
- Create inbound and outbound lead generation by using marketing-provided information.
- Support sales activities and projects as assigned for strategic market growth and build sales pipeline leads, including research projects and marketing content development and support
- Use SAP CRM to ensure new sales leads are properly recorded, nurtured for follow-up, distributed, and reported using reports available in the tool
- Support Account Executives in executing various sales processes and administrative duties (gathering company information, preparing quotations, customer clearing, credit checks, contract review, assignment of project coordinators, and various other pre and post sales processes)
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge &Skills:
- Masters in business-related major is preferred
- Minimum 5 years sales (inside or external) experience preferred.
- Must understand sales & marketing terminology.
- Familiar with MS Office products: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Equipped with excellent sales and communications skills both written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, results-orientated, organized and thorough
- Experienced at building effective client relationships through positive communication, honesty, and trust.
- Target-driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
- Good team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively.
- Strong organizational and analytic skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behaviour and work methods accordingly.
- Grasps the essence of new information; recognizes own strengths and weaknesses; pursues self-development; seeks feedback.
- Can be relied upon to ensure that projects within areas of specific responsibility are completed in an appropriate and timely manner, and acknowledges mistakes, learns from those events, and is able to move forward productively.
