TECHNICIANS Job in Ivaana Ventures Pvt Ltd

Technicians:

1. All technicians should work on assigned leads region-wise.

2. All machines removed/replaced, or fragrance replaced should be informed to the billing department and operations.

3. All machines replaced or removed, or fragrance replaced should be handed over back to the warehouse for Inward Entry.

4. No Extra fragrance to be carried without approval.

5. All Challans & Invoices copies should be signed and stamped by the client and submitted back to billing on a regular basis by a deadline of 2 days.

6. All Technicians should strictly make sure that they take acknowledgment from clients.

7. All the machines removed/replaced should be handed back to the warehouse by the same day or the next day (Mumbai).

8. For Outstations, machines removed/ replaced, or fragrance replaced should be informed to head office as well and if not required then send them back to Head Office.

9. All Technicians should apply for leave 15 days prior.

10. Outstation Challans and invoices should be printed in Black and white, no colored prints are to be taken.

11. Proper Uniforms should be worn From Monday to Friday along with proper shoes.

12. Outstation Hubs should share Monthly reports of stock for both Machines and fragrance.

13. For new Installation, the Machine Number should be written on the Challans.

14. All Refill/ Installations/Replacement updates are to be given properly for all visits, late revert or missing updates should not happen.

15. Technicians should repair damaged machines.

16. All Technicians should wear ID Cards.
