We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, building client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Objectives of the Role
- Build business by identifying, qualifying, and selling to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing market trends.
- Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and offering effective product or service solutions.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Deliver product or service presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall goals.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, or conferences as needed.
- Negotiate and close deals, addressing objections or concerns effectively.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Business Development or similar sales role.
- Basic understanding of the IT sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships.
