Job Details:

• As a CMS Associate you will be responsible for executing content deliverables based on CRM briefs which include but not limited to communication assets, Content creation, Image sourcing, Landing pages, as per creative guidelines.
• Your main responsibility is to manage creative assets and deliver within defined SLAs maintaining high quality standards.
• Reporting to the CMS Team Leader, you will be working closely with various CRM Team members to scope the briefs assigned.
• To achieve your objectives, you will work primarily with Sitecore & establish a firm grasp of content management concepts. You will need to work with multiple teams across all departments and locations.
• By ensuring marketing assets are delivered on time, you ll play a crucial role in helping us maintain our industry leadership

Essential

• Support the CRM team by delivering promotional assets for effective campaign set up.
• Liaise with key Functional teams (understanding our business and marketing goals) to ensure stylised, integrated, and aligned solutions
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Work on critical issues around content amendments
• Sanity check and Quality assurance on Teaser schedule and display
• Quality check on content display for headline campaigns
• Resolve creative issues on the fly to ensure optimum customer experience
• Work on Hotjar items with quick turn arounds
• Create, follow up and resolve all CMS Related incidents

Desired

• Experience in working for an international contact centre
• Ability to work in different shifts

Qualifications: BSc/BA degree preferred
