We are looking for Inside Sales, Manager who can lead a sales team by stimulating top-line growth.

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps projects acquisition & closing.
• Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
• Able to communicate with clients and prepare convincing write ups/messages.
• Self-motivated to meet sales target regularly.
• Proven new business development hunting experience with demonstrated consistency
• Should have the exp in handling the lead generation team, motivate them, support them for qualified leads.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients
• Hands-on experience and expertise in CLOSING the overseas leads/sales for Web, Mobile application development projects are MUST.
