Job Summary
As a Sr game designer you are expected to be the voice of the game guiding team members. You would be creating game designs in different genres,manage yourself with a certain level of autonomy and take responsibility of the work done. You will lead a team of designers and work alongside game teams in various stages of development production, live-ops, analytics and marketing to deliver highly engaging features and updates to the game. Own and drive quality of player experience by providing creative design solutions. Play tests and creating prototypes. Design new progression and reward systems to improve the user engagement. Ability to communicate game designs and ideas clearly. Expertise in create documents, presentations, wireframes, user flow, user stories, etc Open and constructive about any feedback or inputs. Collaborate and work closely with the team.
