Responsibilities:

• To deliver customer insights based on various research activities that will drive the product decisions. Taking end-to-end ownership from research planning to influence the product direction based on the research insights.
• Identifying prioritizing research requests, defining the research strategy for yourproduct area, and taking ownership of the research roadmap.
• Collaborate with other researchers, designers, product managers, data scientists,marketing and operations managers, and engineers to ensure your researchprovides a holistic view of our users
• A command of a wide range of research methods along with the ability to articulate and communicate research insights at all stages of product development is essential
• Adapt and innovate research methods to meet product needs by delivering high-quality insights in a fast-paced work environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in the technology industry conducting User research, with a proven track record of driving tangible outcomes with product teams
• Experience of conducting innovative, multi-method research studies that improve the quality of existing and new products
• Experience conducting evaluative benchmarking usability studies
• Experience conducting statistical analysis of large scale survey data
