Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities

QA Trainee

Headquarter: New Delhi

Purpose of the Position- to ensure timely completion, isussance, updatingof documentation related to calibration and validation/qualification.

To perform IPQA activities in manufacturing, packing & warehouse (RM,PM,IP,FP)

Job Responsibilities-

  • 1. To prepare all URS and qualification documents like DQ, IQ and PQ of all equipment and utilities.
  • 2. To review instrument calibration certificate and other external reports related to validation and calibration.
  • 3. To prepare calibration and validation/qualification schedule of all equipment/instrument/utilities.
  • 4. To monitor all approved schedule (calibration & validation /qualification) as per requirement.
  • 5. To prepare and review all other document related to validation and qualification as per requirement.
  • 6. Responsible for compilation & review of data of annual product review.
  • 7. Responsible for process validation and data compilation.
  • 8. Responsible for document preparation related to QA and issuance to concern department.
  • 9. To give line clearance for
  • i. Dispensing for Raw material and packaging material
  • ii. Manufacturing & packaging operation
  • 10. To perform in-process quality checks at various stages of manufacturing and packaging.
  • 11. To verify daily usage log book of manufacturing packing and warehouse dept.
  • 12. To check batch coding record of all batches.
  • 13. To withdraw in process, finished product and control sample and send to respective department.
  • 14. To verify environment monitoring of manufacturing, warehousing and other controlled areas and ensure that environmental monitoring is done as per approved schedule.
  • 15. To ensure compliance of SOPs in warehouse and manufacturing dept.
  • 16. Functional reporting shall be as per departmental organogram.
  • 17. Handling of control samples (collection, issuance & destruction) and record preparation.
  • 18. Any other work assigned by your Reporting Manager/Seniors diligently and promptly
  • The responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time.
