Your Impact

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and analysis of industrial structures, ensuring high-quality, sustainable, and efficient solutions. You will work on large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical (cGMP & FMCG), and semiconductor projects, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural design and analysis of:
  • Industrial RCC Buildings, Utility Buildings, Compressor Shelters
  • Warehouses and Workshops
  • FAB Shelters for Microelectronics Projects
  • PEB Structures and their applications
  • Pipe Racks, Pipe Bridges, Special Pipe Supports, and Steel Platforms
  • Tank Foundations, Ring Wall Foundations, and Dynamic Equipment Foundations
  • Composite Slabs, Waffle Slabs
• Seismic and Vibration Analysis for industrial structures.
• Steel Connection Design, including moment/shear connections, anchor bolts, base plates, etc.
• Finite Element Analysis (FEM) and Unistrut Design.
• Experience in MEPcon Projects and integration of structural elements.
• Preparation of Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and Tender Documents.
• Development of Indian Technical Specifications, Design Basis Reports, and compliance with international standards.

Software Proficiency

• Structural Analysis & Design: STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, Robot, RISA, SAP
• Steel Connection Design: RAM Connections, Idea Statica, Hilti Profis
• BIM & 3D Coordination: Tekla, Navis, Revizto

Codes & Standards

• Indian Standards for Industrial Structures
• International Standards: ASCE, AISC, ACI, EURO Codes, NBC, IBC

What You ll Need

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5-14 years of experience in structural design for industrial projects.
• Strong expertise in industrial, pharmaceutical (cGMP & FMCG), and semiconductor projects.
• Excellent knowledge of structural analysis, seismic design, and steel/RCC structures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
