- Develop new scalable, high quality, best-practice solutions to satisfy the business requirements using the Salesforce platform and other tools
- Prepare documentation including system design, current and future state diagrams and test cases
- Participate in Scrum activities such as estimating effort and communicating work progress or issues with the respective team members
- Collaborate and review code, designs and technical solutions from the team members
- Provide support to business users in analyzing and resolving production issues
- Provide support to QA and business users during UAT and other testing activities
- Assist in deployment, data migration and sandbox refresh activities
- Provide training and support for junior team members
- Research external solutions and propose adoption strategies
