Job description

10 years of relevant experience in Windows,VMware & Office365 Technology.

Responsible for all day-to-day management ofthe Windows, VMs including installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, patching,backup and recovery.

Advanced Active Directory experience a plus

Assist in the planning, execution, of theprojects.

Experience in Microsoft Cluster Services(MSCS), DHCP / DNS / ADFS / DFS

Hands on delivery in a client facingenvironment.

Understanding of enterprise data centertechnologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN and NAS, physical datacenter practices. Technical Knowledge (Projects):

Knowledge of methodologies for developing,building and configuring a system.

Windows server administration experience(especially Win 2k8 and Win 2k12)

Experience in implementation of Windows Grouppolicies

Experience in power shell scripting

Experience in troubleshooting of Cisco UCS

Knowledge of Microsoft Forefront IdentityManagement, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 are preferable.

SolarWinds monitoring tools

Symantec antivirus server management

Incident analysis/RCAs/troubleshooting andidentification of permanent resolutions

Centralized management of applications &configuration using Active Directory.

Recommend/implement automated processes forscaling operations

Participate in the onon-call rotation for fixing service downtime incidents.

Experience working with Microsoft Identitytechnologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and GroupPolicies.

Expert knowledge of Certificate AuthorityServers

Expert knowledge of WSUS for windows patchmanagement

Administration of Exchange Online / Office 365Hybrid Mode

Strong knowledge of VMware to include vCenter,vSphere, and ESX 6.x

Mimecast Email filtering adminstration

You are an expert/master of some of the below tools/skills

Windows:

- Good understanding of VMware/Windows 2012/2016 Operating Systems,

- DNS , DHCP,DFS administration

-- Active directory administration

- Active Directory Concepts & management,

- Sysinternals tools, Analyzing Event logs etc.
