Job Summary

Job Profile:

  • Preparation of Academic calendar
  • Administration of Student feedback process
  • Term registration process for Students
  • Preparation of time tables for each term for all the programs
  • Students attendance maintenance and preparation of MIS
  • Coordinating with the Faculty relating to class schedules, assessment and examinations
  • Collection of course outlines from faculty and making them available on LMS
  • Preparation of Honorarium of Visiting Faculty
  • Preparation of student information system
  • Maintenance of academic records
  • Taking necessary action on request from students relating to academics
  • Preparation of MIS reports as per requirements
  • Assisting the Registrar in all academic and administrative functions including convocations, registration and orientation.

Other Skillsets:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good Communication / Drafting Skills
  • Adaptable to New Technologies
  • Knowledge of Student Database Software (LMS)

Qualification :
Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
