• Advanced competency of English language - speaking and writing
• Clear Pronunciation and accent devoid of regional influence
• Soft skills training/teaching experience
• Ideally have trained/taught communication skills in colleges/corporates
• Minimum two years experience of teaching corporate/post grad/under grad students
• Ability to develop design courses and lesson plans
• Ability to develop course material and classroom aids
• Experience in correcting written communication
• Handled student events/activities experience will be preferred
• Good with managing time and planning and organising
