Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. Capture high level and detailed business requirements through elicitation techniques with stakeholders Finalize the requirements artifact set by conducting reviews of requirements and the proposed solution Clearly communicate the business and system requirements to the development team Develop and validate test cases to ensure compliance with and coverage of both business and functional requirements Collaborate with the Project Manager and project team to assist in making decisions
Business Analyst - Capital Markets
Experience:3 to 8 years
Skills:
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
- Knowledge of the life cycles all F&O & OTCC products from trading through to expiry/maturity/delivery/settlement
- Experience developing Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications
