Skills:

Core Java programming
Hands-on experience on Java / J2EE technologies
Extensive experience at server side programming using Java/Spring/Hibernate /Struts(Anyone is a must)
Performance tuning experience
Should have hands on experience on design patterns

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in customer interaction, code review and follow-up

Mentor and manage team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance

Evangelize best design and coding practices, and provide technical guidance

Take ownership of the delivery, timelines, and quality of the module assigned

Acquire complete understanding of software development process
