Job Summary

    Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using the database | social media | Job portals etc.
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies | system tactics | and procedures across the Organization.
  • Familiarity with HR databases applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data on absences | bonuses | leaves etc.
  • Staffing recruitment | training | Grievances | Performance evaluations etc.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dept knowledge in computer skills MS Office | MS Excel etc.

0 to 6 Years
