Job Summary
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
- Source and recruit candidates by using the database | social media | Job portals etc.
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies | system tactics | and procedures across the Organization.
- Familiarity with HR databases applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data on absences | bonuses | leaves etc.
- Staffing recruitment | training | Grievances | Performance evaluations etc.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dept knowledge in computer skills MS Office | MS Excel etc.
