Fundraiser Job in Jantara Foundation

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating funds to support our initiatives. You will play a key role in helping us expand our impact by identifying new funding opportunities, building relationships with donors, and organizing fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the Jantara Foundation’s mission
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, businesses, and organizations
• Organize fundraising events and campaigns to engage the community and raise awareness
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling donor proposals and presentations
• Maintain donor records and provide timely follow-up and communication
• Monitor fundraising performance and report on progress to the management team

Requirements:

• Passion for social causes and a strong belief in the mission of Jantara Foundation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets
• Prior experience in fundraising or sales is a plus
• Creativity in developing fundraising ideas and campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
