Operations Jarvishy Events Job Description:
- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet expectations.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Managing supplier relationships
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
- Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events
- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Detail the event requirements.
- Vendor identification and selection.
- Cost and budget management.
- Tactical innovation to deliver superior event experience.
- Work closely with the business team to understand event objectives.
- Work closely with creative team to understand design and communication objectives.
- Seasoned events professional.
- Should have experience in handling large event operation and production projects for big brands.
- Should have experience of working with vendors across the country.
- Sound knowledge of latest processes and technologies deployed to create events
