Job Summary
The candidate should handle all purchases/ procurement of building construction related items.
Qualification : Desired Profile :
Candidate should be a degree/ diploma holder in electrical with at least 3 - 4 years of experience. Should be from real estate industry / BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. Urgent requirement. Candidate should be ready to join in 10-15 days. Experience :
- Working knowledge of HT & LT line. Substation work.
- Checking of FIRE FIGHTING works concept report and tenders received from consultants.
- Make comments, if any on the concept report and tender documents.
- Making co-ordination with supervisors and electrician deputed at site regarding services works.
- Site visit to check the quality and progress of the work.
- Cable selection and size calculation according to the electric load.
- Selection of DG Set and Transformer for the system with reference to calculated electric load.
- Preparing deviation statement for material / project cost for the services.
