Job Summary

Should have exposure in all the aspects of civil construction - Planning, Tendering, Rate analysis, Execution, Cost Review & Control, Indenting, Profitability and Liaison with the Clients.

Should have worked with reputed civil contracting companies and coordinated more than two project at the same time with over 50 crores value,or more than three projects at the same time 30 crores.

Should have qualities of leadership, co-ordination and liaison.
Willing to travel extensively (at least 15-20 days monthly)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Will be required to assist GM Projects on the following areas:

  • Initial start up process at site.

  • To calculate prime cost and profitability statement of the Project.
  • To monitor cash flow statement - monthly.
  • To monitor bar chart / programme of execution.
  • To check for timely deployment of required resources at Project sites.
  • Ensure the defensive record i.e. correspondence is properly maintained with the Client.
  • Liaisoning with Government bodies, Clients for project related work.
  • Finalization of Sub contractors in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Update monthly the physical programme status.
  • Interaction with Project Manager to ensure timely execution of the project work as per the contract terms.
  • To monitor project review.
  • To coordinate with other relevant departments of HO namely Finance, Purchase, HR, Tendering for any project related works.
  • Bridging the gap between Project site and HO.

Qualification :
BE-Civil around 5+years Knowledge of MS Project is must.
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
