Job Summary

The ideal candidate must possess the following desired skills:

  • At least 2 years experience in inside sales, tele calling / cold calling, lead generation, prospecting and appointment setting.
  • An ideal candidate has experience working in IT staffing industry / IT contingent workforce industry / IT services industry / Technology product or solution industry.
  • Experience in handling gate keepers and connecting with C level, V level executives, procurement heads, Technology officers and temporary workforce managers.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to identify the people involved in the process.
  • Someone who enjoys calling and talking to people.
  • Leverage and advocate the use of social media, calling and email for lead generation, prospecting and appointment setting.
  • A go getter attitude.
  • Pleasant communication skills and proven track record in the inside sales and lead generation areas.
  • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Passion and self-confidence to sell.
  • Should Not shy to cold call, email or attempt to speak to any individual no matter what their title is.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Individual will be responsible to tele call the key contacts, prospect them and fix appointments.
  • Shall document the feedback and maintain a database of all contacts.
  • Work with marketing team to devise marketing strategies for different categories of the prospects.
  • Identify various members in procurement team, technology team, cold call them and enquire about the new procurement opportunities.
  • Update the activities in CRM.
