Hands on design experience in designing Web applications grounds up using UML and OOAD methodologies Proficiency in a UML based tool will be a definite plusHands on development experience and good degree of proficiency in .NET technologies with exposure to ASP .NET, VB .NET and XML technologies.Exposure to IDEs and Unit testing tools will be a definite plusGood understanding of the database concepts and hands on work experience of having worked in SQL server 2000Ability to understand the requirements from the customer and articulate them in a clear and concise documentation
