Qualification: Chartered Accountant Experience: Semi Qualified with experience in the Life Insurance sector Internal Audit. Experience up to 2 years post articleship. Key Responsibilities: Work as a team member for a reputed life insurance company in the Compliance team. Ensure, IRDA compliance adherence and verify and help the compliance team in their other activities Effectively execute/manage various projects assigned by the client. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and demonstrate leadership skills. Industry of the client is life insurance. Manage the company s expectations including liaising with other departments within/outside the company to ensure the smooth delivery various activities / projects assigned. Application and solution-based approach to problem solving, ability to refer for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments. Fair knowledge to IRDA regulations and circulars Other Skills & Responsibilities: -
