Position: Quality Engineer Aluminium Extrusion

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan


Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our Aluminium Extrusion division. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, analyzing production data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and conduct quality inspections throughout the aluminium extrusion process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to detect defects such as surface irregularities, warping, or out-of-spec measurements.
  • Analyze production workflows to identify and implement quality improvements along the extrusion lines.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to develop and execute corrective and preventive actions.
  • Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistent product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and control measures.
  • Provide technical support to production teams on quality-related issues and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Ensure products comply with applicable national and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) for aluminium products.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (B.Tech), preferably in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer in the aluminium extrusion industry.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech), preferably in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field.
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
