Position: Senior Associate Dealer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Senior Associate Dealer to manage and grow our dealer network. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with dealers, providing them with the necessary tools and support to drive sales, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing dealer engagement, analyzing market dynamics, and contributing to strategic growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with dealers to drive loyalty, satisfaction, and consistent performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its dealer network, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration.
  • Provide comprehensive training, product knowledge, and ongoing support to help dealers effectively promote and sell company products.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and meetings to understand business needs, resolve issues, and explore growth opportunities.
  • Monitor dealer performance and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and potential growth.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of updated product information, marketing content, and promotional materials to all dealers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address dealer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance dealer experience and performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights to senior management regarding dealer trends, challenges, and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or MBA in Marketing/Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and dealer support.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with the dealer network.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or MBA in Marketing/Sales.
