Job Summary
Job Description:
- Understand Refresher needs and Content for effective delivery
- Maintain reports circle-wise and measure effectiveness post 30 days of conducting refresher
- Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust programs as per demand
- Complete daily tracking, including end-of-day course evaluation and trainee assessments
- Research product information for each account assigned by attending team meetings and periodic calibrations sessions, side-by-side observations, and call monitoring for training department purposes
- Establish a relationship with the design team to learn design methodology and become familiar with learner and facilitator guide standards
- Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review
