Job Summary Job Description:
  • Understand Refresher needs and Content for effective delivery
  • Maintain reports circle-wise and measure effectiveness post 30 days of conducting refresher
  • Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust programs as per demand
  • Complete daily tracking, including end-of-day course evaluation and trainee assessments
  • Research product information for each account assigned by attending team meetings and periodic calibrations sessions, side-by-side observations, and call monitoring for training department purposes
  • Establish a relationship with the design team to learn design methodology and become familiar with learner and facilitator guide standards
  • Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review
