Job Summary Job Description:

Understand Refresher needs and Content for effective delivery
Maintain reports circle-wise and measure effectiveness post 30 days of conducting refresher
Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust programs as per demand
Complete daily tracking, including end-of-day course evaluation and trainee assessments
Research product information for each account assigned by attending team meetings and periodic calibrations sessions, side-by-side observations, and call monitoring for training department purposes
Establish a relationship with the design team to learn design methodology and become familiar with learner and facilitator guide standards
Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
