Action planning to improve Quality scores. Design and implement new ways to improve performance / qualitative delivery. Act as a customer advocate and highlight process gaps. Participate in calibration sessions. Conducting Quality orientation session for new hires. Analysis of Excel, PPT Skills, and TNI implementation Hands-on with Dashboard and Quality reports Flexible in 24*7 shift, 5.5 days working specially on Saturdays and Sundays Excel test to be conducted in the beginning on basic QC Tool/ Excel Education: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi and English both) Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 1 year of transactional Quality experience. Exposure to voice transactional Quality (Inbound). Ability to get out of the box and process improvement initiatives. Drive robust action planning and interventions to meet and exceed targets
