Minimum qualification:

Job description:

1. Stocks Management

a. Over Stocks and Out of Stocks review wit Area Manager

b. Commercially viable Stocks movements

c. BOH Management with Area Manager

d. Controlling Cross Dispensing and Shrinkage.

2. Display and Promo Alignment

a. Proper display of Product of the Month or Icon of the Day concept.

b. Proper Customer communication on Offerings to Customer/Patients.

c. Regional Campaigns loading at Clinic.

3. Facility Management for Clinics

a. Ensuring proper functioning of all equipment at Clinic with ageing analysis.

b. Evaluate equipment requirements and suggest on commercially viable resources.

4. Cash Management at Clinic

a. Petty Cash Management and Control.

b. Cash Vs Deposit Random audits.

c. Proper System punches.

5. Customer Service

a. Auditing of Customer Service Standards at Clinic.

b. Ensuring the availability of resources required for Customer service at Clinic.

Measurable

1. Customer Service Index through Escalation matrix.

2. Stocks Evaluation on Cross dispensing, Inter Clini-Stocks transfer, Expiry Generated.

3. Ageing on Facilities management required

4. Ageing analysis of Cash management
